An expanding, well-established IT company based in Dublin seeks to recruit an experienced Java Developer / Java Team Leader on a full-time permanent basis.

Based in Dublin, you will be responsible for the following:

• Delivery of software applications
• Integration of software applications with customer billing systems
• Designing solutions and writing functional spesifications
• Writing design spesifications and test plans
• Solution implementation
• Management of a small team of developers
• Taking responsibility for delivery of sub-projects or projects


Essential skills/qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science/equivalent experience
• Software development experience in a Linux environment
• Telecoms experience an advantage
• Good working experience in database technology (ideally Oracle)
• Experience working on multi-threaded applications
• Track record of full project delivery
• Solution driven
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
